3. PROFILE OF SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
A typical holder of the certificate is able to:
- according to an assignment contract, within the limits of laws, rightful to his client, watch, investigate, scout and record work, analyse, evaluate, inform,
make proposals, co operate personally and help his client to assert his rights and lawful interests and fulfil his engagement,
- research and collect data, facts and information;
- watch and record persons and events;
- discover circumstances of occurred events and gather documents related to these;
- survey records in registries, and ask copy or certification of them or to make a summary;
- evaluate, analyse the data, facts and information came to known, and perform informing, consulting, proposal making activity according to those;
- perform personal co-operation in his client asserting and fulfilling his rights and lawful interests.
